I believe healing ourselves starts with a desire to find out who we are and a deeper knowing that there's more to us than just the body we are in. When we are willing to start our own healing journey is when we heal ourselves physically, mentally and spiritually.

Many know me for my hospitality life and the career I made from this. I eventually stepped away from this as I felt myself getting further away from myself and what I’ve always known I’m here to do.

I started my working life in nursing and have returned to care work throughout my life as a way of reconnecting to my true life purpose. During these times I’ve been privileged to support people and their families through end of life, often calling upon my innate knowing that this is merely a transition for the one dying and is far from ‘the end’. Death Doula work is something close to my heart and whilst not offered as a specific service (just yet!) I am always happy to talk with and support anyone who is called to me now.

I believe that we all have the ability to self heal when we give ourselves space and permission to come home to ourselves.
